All customer databases, virtual machines, and account telemetry remain strictly within the United Kingdom and European Union.
As a registered entity in England & Wales, CloudHosts is not subject to foreign extra-territorial disclosure orders such as the US Clarifying Lawful Overseas Use of Data (CLOUD) Act. We will never disclose customer data stored on our servers to foreign jurisdictions absent a formal UK court order issued under British law.
We collect only necessary information required to deliver cloud hosting services: billing contacts, domain registrant WHOIS details required by Nominet, and server access logs for DDoS mitigation and intrusion prevention. We do not sell or monetize customer data.
