1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to, provisioning, or accessing services provided by CloudHosts Technologies Ltd, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Provisioning & Service Delivery

Cloud VPS and Managed Hosting instances are provisioned automatically upon successful fraud verification and payment confirmation. Dedicated Bare Metal servers are deployed within 2 to 24 business hours depending on custom chassis specifications.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New Cloud VPS, Managed WordPress, and cPanel Web Hosting accounts are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, submit a cancellation request through the WHMCS Client Area for a prompt refund. Domain registrations and dedicated server hardware setups are non-refundable once registered with Nominet or provisioned.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Services may not be used for illegal file hosting, outbound spam, scanning, phishing, or unlicensed materials under UK law. Any abusive instances will be suspended immediately to protect network IP reputation.
